I would do it all over again Hi Elizabeth! I just want you to know that I’ve been watching the Failure Club, and you and Megan are my top two favorites (being an artist myself!). My story is similar to yours – not only is the biz extremely tough, but I too have a thin skin when it comes to my art. I too have a family who cannot seem to understand why I pursue what I love instead of doing something that’ll make me tons of money. I don’t know you personally, but I relate to your journey a lot. Don’t give up. There will always be someone or something that will tell you it’s not worth it, sometimes that something or someone is ourselves, but I always say: “Hell, I’ll do it anyway!” I too have got a long way to go, but you know what? Despite the hardships and disappointments, I have no regrets. In fact, if I could go back, I will do it all over again. And that is success to itself. Keep the music going! –SSM

Thanks SSM. I appreciate your words of support. I can tell you that on some days I vacillate from complete reckless abandon to pure unadulterated fear of what I’ve embarked on.
