I don’t go a day without a reference to Christmas. Christmas is really everywhere if you just look hard enough.

Today I had a meeting with an old friend, and one of the first things I saw today was a Christmas tree. It didn’t have ornaments, but was standing there for me to see. My entire day is filled with Christmas references. Lately I’ve been noticing many Christmas references within sad current events. James Gandolfini’s mother’s name was Santa. Kim Kardashian’s middle name is Noel.

This video really floored me. Christmas is sometimes the best and only memories we have left with our family. It is this idea that fuels my work and music. To commemorate these cherished moments.
